Biography:

Mahmoud Mohmed obtained his master's degree from the Faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University, Department of Biochemistry in 2020. The master's thesis took three years and the research topic was the production of modified starch in the laboratory, especially the following three types: production of acetylated starch, production of starch with cross-links, and production of nano-starch with fine grains, which is used in many industries, the most important of which is the pharmaceutical industry.

Then he obtained his doctorate from the Faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University, Department of Biochemistry in 2024 in his specialization, which is the manufacture of starch and its derivatives. The study was entitled Biochemical Studies on Methods of Starch Decomposition by Commercial Enzymes, where he was able to study ten commercial enzymes used in the production of starch derivatives globally.

He was honored to work with a team of professors specialized in the field of carbohydrates in the Department of Biochemistry .Prof. Dr. Hefnawy T. Mansour  Professor and Head of the Department of Biochemistry - Faculty of Agriculture - Zagazig University and Prof. Dr. Ayman Yahya Al-Khateeb Professor and Head of the Department of Biochemistry - Faculty of Agriculture - Mansoura University and Prof. Lamia Mohamed Mustafa El Maghriby Professor of Biochemistry - Faculty of Agriculture - Zagazig University.
