Biography:
Dr Serge Cosnier is Emeritus Director of Research at CNRS at the Grenoble Alpes University (France) and professor at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice (Poland). His activity is focused on the molecular electrochemistry and bioelectrochemistry with the development of electrode materials whose applications include biological sensors and energy conversion. He serves as Editor of Bioelectrochemistry and Specialty Chief Editor of Frontiers in Analytical Chemistry. Dr Cosnier has authored over 410 publications. In 2013, Dr Cosnier became a member of the Academia Europaea and was elected member of the European Academy of Sciences in 2019
