Christiane Kaus studied Chemistry with material science (BSc.) and Analytical chemistry and quality assurance at the University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, Germany and graduated as MSc. in 2015. Afterwards she started her PhD project in the field of test gas generation and online analytical methods at the Institute for occupational safety and health of the german social accident insurance in cooperation with the University of Wuppertal, Germany. In 2021 she received her PhD degree. Since then she works as a research chemist in the department Chemical and Biological Hazards and is specialized in air monitoring method development at workplaces.
