Dr. Cautela studied Food Science and Technology at the “Università degli Studi di Milano” and graduated as MS degree “cum laude”, in 2000. He received a PhD degree in 2011 at the “Seconda Universita degli Studi di Napoli”. Since 2004 he is researcher at the SSEA “Experimental Station for the Industry of the Essential oils and Citrus products. Since 2018 he is also Fixed-term professors of Food Chemistry (9 credits, 72 hours) at Università Telematica "E-CAMPUS", Novedrate (Italy). He has published more than 37 research articles index in Scopus.
